The first Campsite with the ‘all inclusive’ Club formula, has revolutionised the camping experience, offering an incredible number of high-quality services included in the price. We are a unique structure in Europe, an avant-garde campsite in terms of environmental protection and certified as 'CO2 neutral', situated in an exceptional position and designed to satisfy the needs of international guests to the full.

We are in the heart of Jesolo Lido, overlooking Europe’s longest pedestrian and shopping areas, with hundreds of shops and restaurants just a stone’s throw away, a short distance from Italy’s best water park, from an 18-hole golf course, from the go-kart track and opposite two well-equipped tourist ports.
A beautiful, illuminated walkway leads from the Campsite, along 8 km of beach. A system of cycle tracks means you can move safely, with no need to use your car. The Jesolo town bus and out of town lines stop right in front of the Reception, meaning you can easily reach the market, the railway station, the airport and nearby towns. A direct bus + motorboat connection to Venice stops 100 metres from the Club and takes you to St. Mark’s Square in just 60 minutes.
11 hectares, 2000 guests, a Campsite large enough to offer everything one could wish for, yet not so vast that it becomes impersonal and chaotic. The limited capacity and child-friendly size make the structures and service on offer effective and easy to use.
With a beachfront of 700 metres and only 200 metres at its deepest point, the Campsite offers a large beach area that is never over-crowded. The average distance from pitches and Holiday Homes to the beach is just 60 metres!
QUALITY AND VALUE

We have removed all the extras. Rather than encouraging guests to keep spending, we have included absolutely everything in the cost of the stay while guaranteeing the highest quality. The only exceptions are the restaurant, supermarket and laundry, which still offer exceptionally low prices. An example? A washing machine including detergent and fabric softener costs €2.00, a tumble dryer €0.50, and a dishwasher including detergent €0.50. All appliances are Miele Professional. Your money goes further at our Club!
digitalisation
Our facilities and services are fully integrated digitally. The chip worn with your Club wristband opens up a world of possibilities: it unlocks access to the beach, Holiday Homes and private bathrooms, provides access to whirlpools and activates parasol reservations at the beach and pool. Together with our web app, it lets you book activities inside and outside the Club.
Our webapp is your source for all information about the activities on offer and the key to booking and receiving tickets for partner activities directly on your phone: Caribe Bay, Caribbean Minigolf, the pirate ship, clay pigeon shooting, archery, pony rides, tennis, Just Jump, golf lessons and more. You can also order and pay for restaurant deliveries, and even settle your Club bill at the end of your stay.
CO2 neutral
Environmental protection is one of our priorities and an integral part of our daily activities. We have minimised the use of chemicals and detergents, completely removed asbestos from our facilities and optimised our systems to reduce water and energy consumption. We have organised exemplary waste sorting and introduced educational games on environmental topics.
Certification by Ecocamping, the leading environmental organisation in the European camping sector, is the best proof of this.
We went further to show that the Club’s impact on carbon dioxide emissions, the main cause of global warming, can be fully offset. We became the first in Europe to receive Ecocamping’s “CO2 neutral” certification. To achieve this, we equipped our water-heating systems with high-performance heat pumps and solar panels, installed photovoltaic panels on all existing roofs, purchased electric vehicles, minimised fossil fuel use and signed an agreement to use only green electricity from renewable sources. To encourage sustainable travel, we installed 22 kW AC and 180 kW DC electric vehicle charging stations. Charging is free for our guests! You can be sure there is no greener campsite for your holiday!
